We also appreciate not all customers would require such express services which is why, where possible, we also offer alternative delivery options such as 3-5 working days, 5-10 working days or even collection to save you delivery costs. 

In order to select guaranteed next day, 3-5 working days and 5-10 working day delivery options, please navigate to a specific product on our website, then on the top right of the product page, you will see a dropdown box displaying different delivery options and prices. Delivery options such as same-day please refer to the section below.

All large items such as marquees are always shipped with a specialist courier which has £50,000 goods in transit insurance, giving you full peace of mind.  

This service guarantees delivery next working day if ordered prior to 12 noon (if guaranteed next working day delivery option is selected). Furthermore, when using this special delivery service, all items are shipped with £50,000 goods in transit insurance, giving you full peace of mind. 

Products in stock are shipped on the first coming workday after we have received payment. Orders placed on a working day will be dispatched the same day if ordered and paid for prior to 12 noon.

If purchasing a Marquee or choosing the guaranteed next working day delivery service, you will receive a call from the courier on the morning of the delivery day with an estimated time of arrival.   

Collection is also available 7 days a week 365 days a year from our warehouse in Stanmore, HA7 1NA by appointment only, so contact us to arrange collection.
