From the charming budget simplicity of our Bronze package to the inclusive luxury of our Gold package, each package ensures that your event unfolds seamlessly. • Bronze, Silver and Gold packages – Includes hire for up to 48h.
• Silver and Gold packages - If your location is further than 5 miles from HA71NR, you will incur a £10 per mile additional charge.
• Gold package - Includes delivery, setup, dismantle and return of the structures, tables, chairs and heating. There will incur an additional service charge of £50 for each of the following marquee and stretch tent accessories: flooring, lining and lighting.
• Silver and Gold packages – The delivery and setup services are provided by third party business partners which we have carefully selected to offer these services.

• 3. Booking start day:
  • a. Bronze packages - You will collect the item from our warehouse on the pre agreed date and time
  • b. Silver or Gold packages - We will arrive to your chosen address on the pre agreed date and time.
• 4. Booking end day:
  • a. Bronze packages - You will drop the item/s off at our warehouse on the pre agreed date and time
  • b.Silver or Gold packages - We will collect on the pre agreed date and time.
• 5. Refundable deposit returned within 5 working days according to the T&C's below.

Similar to renting a car, you’ll pick up the marquee from our Stanmore warehouse in North West London (HA7 1NR) and return it on the agreed-upon return date. We’ll supply you with straightforward assembly instructions and an anchoring kit to secure the structure. Additionally, each pole is numbered for a streamlined assembly process. By choosing this option, you can save over 75% compared to traditional hiring costs, leaving you with extra funds to enhance your special occasion.
