Safety guidance

Read the instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with the procedure before assembling the structure.
Ensure the igloo is assembled correctly and, in the event of light snowfall, remove snow from the roof immediately. In case of wind, you are advised to use a tie down kit. In case of strong winds and heavy snowfall we recommend temporary disassembly.
Always use the igloo with the anchoring support provided, pegs for soft surfaces such as grass, and the anchoring brackets for solid surfaces such as wood. We do also offer, as optional extras, sand weights and water weights which can be used across all surface types, please contact us for details.
Do not place near lights, fireplaces, gas or electric heaters, candles, radiators, or any other sources of heat, fire or flammable liquids.
We recommend caution and common sense when in use.
Do not use naked flames in or around the structure. We recommend you do not smoke while inside the structure.
Please keep all exits clear and unobstructed.
This structure features a fabric cover that is not flame retardant.
Igloos are intended for events and other arrangements and are as such only meant for short term temporary assembly and disassembly. Wimba warranty applies only to the normal use of the product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions or manual. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, weather conditions, misuse, modification or incorrect dismantle, erection, packing and storage of the product.

I wanted to thank you so much for the service received last week after purchasing my marquee. Was short notice but you offered same day collection which was great as you were 20 mins away from me. I ordered a 5x10m heavy duty marquee. My daughter and I managed to set up the marquee ourselves within 2.15 hours (not bad for first-timers - you did say it would take 1.5 hours). We (The Dove Inn Poringland . Norwich) bought a marquee for our beer festival Hakuna Matata last week. We cannot recommend high enough the service and the entire process from ordering to delivery was very quick and efficient. I needed a marquee for my birthday party on a short notice due to the weather forecast.Wimba was able to provide the required size marquee in good time and at a very reasonable price too.
