Igloo’s are intended for events and other arrangements and are as such only meant for short term temporary assembly and disassembly. Wimba warranty applies only to the normal use of the product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions or manual. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, weather conditions, misuse, modification or incorrect dismantle, erection, packing and storage of the product.

Instructions & Assembly

Our Geodesic Garden Igloo Dome Bubble Tent’s have been built in such a way that the build process is as streamlined as it could be. We provide a clear step-by-step instruction manual and make sure all parts are labelled to correspond with this manual. We also complement this with assembly tutorial videos, downloadable PDF instruction manuals, tips and FAQ advice within our Advice Center below and we are open 7 days a week for any questions.

Furthermore, to prepare you for assembling one of our marquees, we have provided below some guidance on how many people we would recommend to assemble for each size and an estimated time it will take:

Safety guidance

Read the instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with the procedure before assembling the structure.
Ensure the igloo is assembled correctly and, in the event of light snowfall, remove snow from the roof immediately. In case of wind, you are advised to use a tie down kit. In case of strong winds and heavy snowfall we recommend temporary disassembly.
Always use the igloo with the anchoring support provided, pegs for soft surfaces such as grass, and the anchoring brackets for solid surfaces such as wood. We do also offer, as optional extras, sand weights and water weights which can be used across all surface types, please contact us for details.
Do not place near lights, fireplaces, gas or electric heaters, candles, radiators, or any other sources of heat, fire or flammable liquids.
We recommend caution and common sense when in use.
Do not use naked flames in or around the structure. We recommend you do not smoke while inside the structure.
Please keep all exits clear and unobstructed.
This structure features a fabric cover that is not flame retardant.

I needed a marquee for my birthday party on a short notice due to the weather forecast.Wimba was able to provide the required size marquee in good time and at a very reasonable price too. Daniel was lovely and professional and explained how to fix the marquee.He was also flexible on the time to return the marque on the fixed date.It was a beautiful marquee and there were no problems with it on the day of the event.Will definitely use their services again.
